Khula went to the exhibition with her son Buntu and apparently dear little Buntu got a bit freaked out at some point because things were a little bit... dark. The music being death metal and some other type of trance music (that Khula could not name) candles, DJ COOLER (I was not going to drink that, I didn't even know it was still sold legally) and John's work, people had no problem walking towards the dark ( Get it? Oh never mind..)

Check out the symbolism... mmmhhh. |

See what's on the DJ's laptop on the left? He couldn't be playing Mos Def that's for sure! |

Another gig with kids, not sure what they made of everything though. Buntu got weirded out. |

Winnie the Pooh like you've never seen him in a sculpture of random recycled debris

John's work is quite good. I think it requires an 'alternative' eye to appreciate it. Khula found it to be really cool and the work innovative. Not your average exhibition I must say..
